As a seasoned Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital payments. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem, with expertise in product management, fintech, or high-growth tech companies. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish are essential. Portuguese is a plus.
Key responsibilities include defining product vision, leading product discoveries, partnering with cross-functional teams, and managing the full product lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a global and multicultural environment, with a strong track record of launching and scaling payment solutions.
- Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction;
- Lead product discovery efforts to understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation;
- Partner with commercial, operations, finance, marketing, legal, and engineering teams to develop and deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions;
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market, enablement, and post-launch iteration;
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management or product strategy in payments, fintech, or high-growth tech companies;
- Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, including issuers, acquirers, APMs, schemes, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulations;
- Excellent business acumen, with ability to connect product decisions to revenue, cost efficiency, and market impact;
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus;
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment;
