Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hispanics BU
Responsible for attracting the best salaried employees for the Hispanics Business Unit.
The focus will be on talent acquisition, employee assessment, bringing the right people for the right roles, and exploring new candidate search methods such as headhunting.
Be the first point of contact for RPOs and manage the process from start to finish.
Create a robust employer branding strategy for the Hispanics BU.
Also, establish alliances with study centers and government entities to enhance company visibility.
Responsibilities
Ensure and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition process: collaborate with HRBP to ensure accurate and current Job Descriptions,
manage full position openings in Workday, coordinate interviews with HRBPs, ensure diversity, and propose innovative ways to attract talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, including candidate search, interviews, and business case applications.
Create and maintain the Talent Acquisition Dashboard to track open positions and communicate progress to line managers.
Manage RPO relationships from intake meetings to shortlisting, scheduling interviews, maintaining diversity, and related tasks.
Track and analyze Talent Acquisition and onboarding KPIs to provide insights and close gaps.
Oversee recruitment for early talent programs such as Interns and Trainees.
Increase visibility of internal vacancies across the company and leverage Talent Development Plans.
Develop relationships with study centers and government entities to attract talent and lead the diversity and inclusion strategy within the BU.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with desirable knowledge in Employer Branding Management.
Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is preferred.
Proficiency in English (B2+ level).
