Ecuador and ArgentinaDesign and execute regional commercial strategies to grow market presenceProspect and establish strong relationships with clients in the liquid cargo, chemical and bulk sectorsNegotiate commercial terms with clients and key suppliers, particularly shipping linesOptimize operational efficiency, with a strong focus on minimizing empty tank returnsCollaborate closely with operations and finance teams based in USA to deliver comprehensive customer solutionsMaintain CRM systems and generate commercial reports; advanced Excel proficiency requiredRepresent the company at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows across the regionManage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and quotation to deal closure and post-sales follow-upOperate with high autonomy, accountability and self-organization, aligned with the company's decentralized structureAdapt to diverse customer profiles, from high-volume commodity clients to specialized cargo operatorsMonitor market trends and competitive activity, providing insights to refine commercial strategiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade,
