_**Key Responsibilities**_
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding, leveraging local and global talent channels
- Resolve complex employee relations issues (e.g., disputes, grievances, disciplinary actions) in compliance with local laws
- Foster a positive work culture through engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify retention risks
- Oversee payroll accuracy and benefits administration, ensuring timely processing and compliance
- Advise on competitive compensation structures tailored to local markets
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, collective agreements,
and regulatory requirements across Latin America
- Manage internal audits and legal inspections related to HR practices
- Mitigate HR risks through proactive policy updates and training
- **Qualifications & Skills**_
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR roles, including HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent Management in multinational corporations. Prior experience supporting Latin American regions is mandatory
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (business-level)
- Expertise in Latin American labor laws (e.g., Brazil’s CLT, Mexico’s LFT)
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., ERP, SAP), payroll systems, and data analytics tools
- Project management skills for leading regional HR initiatives
