The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Specialist - Alternative Payment Methods to drive sales and adoption of non-card payment solutions within the LATAM region. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments landscape, strong sales acumen,
and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the adoption of non-card payment solutions in the LATAM region.
- Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from incorporating non-card payment methods into their payment offerings.
- Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell non-card payment solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to non-card payment adoption.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored non-card payment solutions.
Requirements:
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience selling non-card payment methods and knowledge of the payments industry in LATAM.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Perseverance. Hearing 'NO' doesn't phase you.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude who is open to working across time zones with teams from all over the world.
- Client-facing experience is ideal.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
