Employee Social Advocacy Manager

LOCATION

SAN RAMON

The Employee Social Advocacy Manager owns our social employee advocacy program across internal and external channels. Through data driven insights, they deliver a seamless user experience that and inspires employees to share Robert Half content on their personal social media networks.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Oversees the ongoing management of the existing Robert Half employee advocacy program and develops plans to optimize and scale the program; is the in-house super user and expert, and an internal evangelist for all things employee advocacy
- Manages a distributed editorial model,



including direct responsibility for the creation and execution of a content calendar that aligns with external brand social media activities, and facilitation of processes and practices for content creation for 150+ other publishers
- Administers our employee advocacy software platform: owns the vendor relationship, configures settings, monitors seats, improves process, works with the vendor’s professional services tea to optimize usage and adoption, identifies training opportunities, and more
- Serves as center of excellence to employee content creators, arming them with best practices and guidelines to ensure that content is consistently high-quality and on-brand
- Collaborates with internal teams (talent, internal communications, sales enablement, employee experience) to understand upcoming initiatives and develops creative strategies for integrating them into the editorial calendar for maximum employee participation
- Explores and defines strategies for other employee advocacy opportunities to complement the existing program, such as LinkedIn Content Recommendations, UGC campaigns, and more




- Creates training programs for employees and executives in the field and in our corporate services division, empowering them to build their personal brand and ensuring that their positioning of Robert Half content is on-brand
- Leverages data-driven insights to identify and understand performance trends; analyzes data to determine how we make strategic adjustments; develops persuasive reports to inform internal stakeholders of recommendations
- Assists in ongoing research around the digital and social space - performing competitive technology audits, social media audits, vendor audits, trend monitoring, etc.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role focusing on social media, internal/external communications, or employee advocacy or ambassador programs for a large, well-known brand




- Experience developing and managing a social media editorial calendar as well as an enterprise SAAS employee advocacy tool, such as Dynamic Signal, Everyone Social, Bambu, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills, is comfortable working with many different teams across the enterprise
- Adept at developing new and creative ways for activating employee advocacy around existing company initiatives or campaigns
- Passionate about social media content and strategy, is adept at using and understanding the nuances of all the major social media platforms; proven ability to deliver meaningful content via digital and social channels
- Has a working understanding of employee advocacy programs and how they are used effectively
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities; can collect meaningful data, make sense of it,



and use it to develop strategic insights that guide programs moving forward

Required Education & Certifications:

- B.A./B.S. in communications, marketing, journalism or other relevant areas of study, or equivalent work experience
