We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operations Manager to lead driver supply and fleet operations in the local market. The successful candidate will oversee driver-demand balance, build strategic partnerships, and optimize fleet performance through data-driven insights.



This role drives key initiatives—from recruitment and retention programs to competitive market analysis—while collaborating cross-functionally with HQ and local teams on campaigns and operational improvements. With a hands-on approach, the position includes field work for offline initiatives and supports expansion through domestic travel.

What you will do:

- Lead and oversee the driver acquisition team across South America
- Develop and implement regional driver acquisition strategies tailored to the unique demands of South American markets.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders and other departments such as marketing, product, operations & market efficiency to ensure effective execution of acquisition and retention plans
- Continuously track performance metrics, such as new/active drivers, Driver Acquisition Cost, supply hours, utilization, and retention rates across the region.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights for optimizing acquisition strategies.
- Ensure strict control over processes to maintain high standards and consistency in recruitment efforts.





Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Ride-hailing/Delivery
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Experience in Sales, Operations, Business Development, and Project Management
- Proven Goals in sales & user acquisition
- Willing and able to travel as needed in South America
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
