Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As our Growth and Ops Manager, you'll take ownership of user growth. Not just running campaigns—but building an engine from the ground up. You'll experiment, hustle, and scale what works.

What You'll Be Doing

Craft and test high-leverage growth experiments

Launch smart, targeted outreach campaigns

Grow our social presence on Twitter, LinkedIn & niche finance spaces

Close partnerships with finance influencers & affiliate partners

Measure what matters, optimize fast, and double down on traction

What You Bring





Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar

Proven experience growing user bases (startups, fintech or B2C a plus)

Strong writing & copy instincts

Analytical mindset—you track what works

Focused on results. You must be an Ingeniero Comercial or Ingeniero Civil Industrial or compensate that (if you are neither of both titles), with a lot of proven experience.
