Services Delivery Manager - Payments
(Mandatory experience in payments / financial services)

Business Line: Pago por Radar
We are looking for a
Service Delivery Manager with proven experience in the payments and financial services industry
, to lead end-to-end service delivery for critical transactional platforms.
This role
is not intended for general IT Service Managers
. Hands-on experience in
payment processing, banking platforms or financial transaction systems
is strictly required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
end-to-end service delivery
for payment processing platforms
- Manage and ensure compliance with
SLAs in regulated financial environments
- Operate and continuously improve
ITIL processes applied to payments
(Incident, Change, Problem, Request and SLA Management)
- Analyze service performance in
high-availability, high-volume transactional systems
- Coordinate vendors, integrators and internal teams supporting service operations
- Ensure compliance with
security standards, operational continuity and continuous improvement
Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable)
Applications without payments or financial industry experience will not be considered.
- Direct experience in
payment processing, acquiring, issuing or banking systems
, such as:
- Payment gateways or switches
- Card processing platforms
- Clearing and settlement systems
- Disputes, chargebacks and refunds
- Solid understanding of
end-to-end transaction flows
:
- POS, cards, ATMs, e-commerce and digital payments
- Proven experience managing and owning
SLAs
- Practical knowledge of
ITIL applied to financial services
- Previous experience in
banks, payment processors, gateways, fintechs or financial system integrators
- Ability to clearly explain technical topics to business stakeholders
- Working proficiency in English (meetings, documentation and reporting)

- Comfortable working in
regulated, mission-critical environments
This Role Is NOT For
- IT Service Managers from
non-financial industries
- Profiles without experience in
payments or banking
- Roles focused only on infrastructure or internal IT support
