About the Role The individual must be able to manage projects with team members and have open communication with project teams and clients to deliver efficient, accurate and on time transactions.
As team leader, the individual should be able to think about the data management process and any upstream and downstream dependencies that may bear an impact on delivery within or to the overall project and proactively address any issues.
What you will do Oversees day-to-day line management of the data reconciliation team and supports with processing during peaks by performing resource,



workload and capacity planning and forecasting.
Works closely with Project Delivery Team Managers to ensure cohesive and consistent delivery – Continues communication with study team / status updates Provides leadership in decision making, problem solving, defining the solution through to implementation and acts as point of escalation for resolution of issues and conflicts within the team Supports delivery of improvements in the Data Management process by participating in small group activities, kaizen events and Lean Six Sigma projects when necessary Drive forward process and service improvement initiatives within Data Management Preferred Qualifications Must have an understanding and experience in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trial process.
Proven project execution track record with a strong attention to detail Must be able to direct activities of a team, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximising company's revenues Must have excellent written, time management, communications, decision making, human relations,



and organisational skills Must portray a professional appearance and presentation to the customers Must communicate and deal effectively with all levels of the organisation Must be a team-oriented person with a "can do" attitude Must have a strong problem-solving ability Why Signant Health?
