We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Delivery Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of data projects, ensuring technical excellence and seamless collaboration with stakeholders. This position involves ownership of delivery processes, resource planning, and client management, with a strong focus on Big Data solutions and cloud architecture. Responsibilities Own end-to-end solution delivery for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters Ensure compliance with delivery management processes and governance as per selected models Oversee staffing and resource allocation to meet the delivery roadmap with appropriate skills and seniority Lead the technical architecture of solutions to ensure alignment with quality standards and future readiness Facilitate coordination across stakeholders and disciplines to drive project success Build and manage long-term client partnerships while addressing engagement risks Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals, statements of work,



and project-related documentation Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and agile delivery models Develop and implement risk management strategies throughout the delivery lifecycle Measure, analyze, and enhance delivery productivity for ongoing improvement Support sales efforts by contributing to bid processes and providing delivery expertise Mentor and coach other delivery managers within the organization Requirements At least 9 years of experience delivering Data and Analytics projects, covering Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Strong background in Python, Scala, or Java and familiarity with Big Data technology stacks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka) Expertise in delivering data platform engineering solutions, handling both batch and streaming data processing pipelines Proficiency in SQL and experience designing and supporting Big Data solutions Previous leadershi
