MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related
technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 3 years of experience in Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) or
Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) or system design
operations methodology.
* Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors,
or vendors in a telecommunications environment.

* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support
stakeholders in this region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5 years of experience with field operation in a telecommunications working
environment (e.g., installation, commissioning, network troubleshooting).
* Experience collaborating across multiple levels, functions, and passionate to
engage or influence tactical and strategic decision-making.
* Experience in telecommunications, particularly at carrier class scale, with
knowledge of optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3
routers and data services.




* Experience in a data center or PoP environment, with knowledge of OSP, ISP,
AC/DC power systems, environmental controls relay rack/cabinet/cage
construction.
* Understanding of power, design, and industry standard colocation
environments.
