The **Jr CD Executive**assists the Customer Development team in achieving sales, distribution, and visibility targets within the assigned H&S; Channel. This role focuses on supporting key account execution, sales analysis, and maintaining operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compliance Supervision:



Supervise the implementation of the 5 Ps and the work of the merchandisers.- Display Negotiation: Negotiate additional displays, furniture (fixtures), and signage to ensure adecuado visibility and market share %.- Commercial Agreements: Agree upon commercial terms with the client, following the company's monthly strategy.- Commercial Policy Control: Control the actions applied to ensure compliance with the Company's Commercial Policy.- Analysis and Strategy: Prepare management reports and statistics (more analytical and strategic) to recommend business solutions to the client.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial Support, ideally in FMCG or related industry.- Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency is mandatory).- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.- Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong tea
