Here’s what you need to know about this position:
**THE WORK**
- Build and enhance our React Native mobile app for iOS and Android, while contributing to React web development.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to implement features in both React Native and React.
- Lead app store submissions and ensure seamless releases of React Native apps.
- Take end-to-end ownership of mobile projects, driving technical decisions for both React Native and React.
- Contribute to architecture, development, and performance improvements for mobile features.
- Mentor and support fellow engineers in React Native, React, and mobile best practices.





**NEEDED EXPERTISE**
- 5+ years of mobile software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on React Native mobile app development and deployment to app stores.
- Strong grasp of the mobile app lifecycle, including store policies, publishing, deployments, and provisioning.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing mobile performance, troubleshooting issues, and improving app performance across platforms.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, ensuring coverage of edge cases and adhering to best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and monitoring/analytics tools to ensure smooth development workflows and performance tracking.
- Bonus: Swift or Java/Kotlin experience, API best practices, and a commitment to following security best practices in mobile development.
