nlooking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to strengthen Emerson’s presence in the Latin American region by supporting, promoting, and developing solutions for our Gate, Globe, and Check (GGC) valve portfolio. You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering partners to drive adoption, influence specifications, and contribute to strategic growth in key industries such as Mining and Power.n
- *In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
- Promote GGC products across Latin America by engaging with engineering firms and end users to support specifications, training, and solution development.
- Analyze customer requests for proposals and recommend appropriate product selections that align with bid strategy.
- Serve as a technical resource for the sales organization across all Final Control product lines.
- Support project pursuit activities in the Mining and Power industries, particularly in the Southern Cone.
- Organize and deliver customer seminars, workshops, and internal training for the sales force.
- Manage assigned sales accounts and be accountable for achieving order and revenue goals.
- Develop innovative applications using Final Control solutions to address customer needs.
- Partner with Business Unit Leaders to drive orders, sales, and gross profit results.
- Collaborate with Latin American Key Account teams, EPCs, and General Project Pursuit Managers to execute account strategies.
- Influence customer specifications through strong market knowledge and trusted advisory relationships.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reporting.
- Implement Business Unit and corporate initiatives within the region.
- Build strong relationships with representatives and key customer stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Engage in regular customer visits to gather insights, identify needs early, and understand organizational decision criteria.
- Demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and open communication in all interactions, including escalation of concerns or unethical behavior.
- Represent the complete Emerson Final Control portfolio when engaging with customers, EPCs, and OEMs.

- *For This Role, You Will Need:**
- Experience applying engineering principles within industrial, process control, or automation environments.
- The ability to communicate technical and commercial information effectively in English.
- Strong organizational,
time‑management, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working in field environments and meeting customers face‑to‑face.
- Ability to travel frequently within the country and internationally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general computer applications.
- A valid driver’s license.
- *Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
- Experience supporting valve products, Final Control solutions, or related technologies.
- Background in industrial sales, project pursuit, or business development.
- Familiarity with Mining or Power industry applications in Latin America.
- Ability to develop creative technical solutions tailored to customer challenges.
- Experience working with EPCs, OEMs, or key account management teams.
