Asimismo, contribuye a la **calidad de vida y salud laboral** de los trabajadores, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, estándares corporativos y protocolos del MINSAL.* Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran el **trabajo en terreno**, la gestión de **Sistemas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo**,



el **control de riesgos**, la **salud ocupacional**, la **gestión de protocolos legales** y el **análisis de indicadores de SSO**.* El rol considera funciones como la **fiscalización en obra**, realización de **inducciones y capacitaciones**, **investigación de incidentes**, participación y asesoría a **Comités Paritarios**, relación con **organismos fiscalizadores y administradores de la Ley 16.744**, elaboración de **informes SSO**, vigilancia médica y **implementación de estándares mínimos de seguridad Ferrovial**.* El cargo requiere formación técnica o universitaria en **Prevención de Riesgos o carreras afines**, manejo de herramientas de **ofimática y software de gestión de seguridad**, contar con **certificaciones relevantes** (ISO 45001, Prevención de Riesgos, Primeros Auxilios, entre otras) y **registro como Experto Cualificado ante la SEREMI de Salud**, además de una **experiencia mínima de 3 años en el rubro construcción**.**Seize the challenge.
