Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) or Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) or system design operations methodology. Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support stakeholders in this region. Preferred qualifications 5 years of experience with field operation in a telecommunications working environment (e.g., installation, commissioning, network troubleshooting). Experience collaborating across multiple levels, functions,



and passionate to engage or influence tactical and strategic decision‑making. Experience in telecommunications, particularly at carrier class scale, with knowledge of optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3 routers and data services. Experience in a data center or PoP environment, with knowledge of OSP, ISP, AC/DC power systems, environmental controls relay rack/cabinet/cage construction. Understanding of power, design, and industry standard colocation environments.
