MARKET Intelligence & Development Specialist
Role Purpose
Act as a strategic partner to the commercial organization and leadership, transforming market, customer, and competitive data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured market analyses (market size, growth, segmentation, trends, and key drivers)
• Monitor and assess competitors (pricing, portfolio, strategic moves, positioning)
• Identify and map business opportunities (new segments, key projects, strategic accounts)
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports (pipeline, market share, performance)
• Support commercial strategy definition (go-to-market, pricing, customer and channel prioritization)
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to generate actionable insights
• Lead intelligence studies (e.g., margin analysis by segment, demand patterns, portfolio performance)
• Structure and govern data sources to ensure consistency and reliability
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives for decision-making

Profile & Competencies
Hard Skills
• Strong experience in Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or Strategy
• Advanced analytical capabilities (Excel, Power BI/Tableau or similar tools)
• Experience analyzing commercial data (pipeline, pricing, margins)
• Knowledge of market analysis methodologies (TAM/SAM/SOM, benchmarking, etc.)
• Ability to build analytical and financial models
• Advanced English (interaction with international stakeholders)
Soft Skills
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
• Ability to influence without formal authority
• Executive communication skills (data storytelling)
• Proactive mindset and sense of urgency
• Strong prioritization skills in dynamic environments

Experience Required
• 5+ years in Market Intelligence, Strategy, or Consulting roles
• Experience in industrial, energy, mining, or technical B2B environments (strong plus)
• Exposure to commercial teams and sales support environments
• Experience in regional or multi-country structures
