Role Overview The Director of Technical Content will lead the creation of authoritative, enterprise-grade content that drives trust, clarifies product value, and accelerates complex B2B sales cycles. This role operates autonomously, influencing messaging strategy while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities

n

Own the development of executive-facing and technical content aligned to enterprise revenue goals.

n

Produce high-impact assets such as whitepapers, CIO guides, technical explainers, and solution briefs.

n

Shape messaging strategy that bridges product innovation and buyer pain points.

n

Partner directly with Engineering and Product leaders to ensure technical credibility.

n

Equip Sales teams with persuasive enablement materials that support late-stage deals.

n

Contribute to thought leadership initiatives that position the company as a category authority.

n

Required Qualifications

n

Experience in Enterprise SaaS or highly technical B2B markets (AI/ML, data platforms, cybersecurity, cloud, developer tools, analytics).

n

Demonstrated impact on pipeline acceleration or revenue through strategic content initiatives.

n





Experience translating complex product capabilities into executive-level business value.

n

Strong collaboration history with Product and Engineering teams.

n

Deep understanding of enterprise buyers and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

n

Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this background will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading or mentoring content contributors.

n

Background in category education or technical market positioning.

n

Experience in developer-focused or infrastructure-based products.
