We are seeking a strategic and experienced Controller to lead financial operations and provide executive-level insights that drive business growth. This role encompasses full oversight of accounting, reporting, and compliance functions while partnering with leadership to shape financial strategy and decision-making. The Controller will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in all financial processes, while fostering a collaborative, remote-first environment. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business outcomes, optimize systems, and mentor a growing finance team, making a direct impact on organizational success.AccountabilitiesThe Controller will:Oversee financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and general ledger management.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness, preparing comprehensive financial statements and management reports.Provide strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to support leadership decisions.Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer segment, and business unit, while developing financial models for new initiatives and investments.Optimize financial systems, integrate ERP platforms with e-commerce and inventory systems, and drive process improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls,
