- Manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues that could impact timelines or budgets.
- Track and optimize project effort and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and readily available at key milestones, verifying that it meets standards before project kickoff and progression.
- Facilitate the successful execution of technical work by ensuring resources, systems, and requirements are in place, and by maintaining open communication with clients to align work with business needs.
