**Description and Requirements**:
**About the role**

At Lenovo, we are looking for a **REL Sales Operations Analyst** to join the REL commercial team in Chile. This role plays a key part in providing administrative, analytical, and operational support to the sales team, contributing to pipeline management, business intelligence generation, and process optimization. The position works cross-functionally with areas such as pricing, operations, logistics, and finance,



supporting commercial decision-making and the achievement of business objectives.

**️** Responsibilities**:**

Administrative and operational support
- Manage and monitor the commercial pipeline for the REL segment.
- Consolidate, cleanse, and analyze data to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Update and maintain dashboards and commercial reports (sales, forecast, local inventory, aging tracking, inventory provisions, among others).
- Coordinate internally with pricing, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure proper execution of commercial processes.

Business intelligence
- Generate commercial insights through business data analysis.
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and deviations from defined objectives.
- Support forecast development and commercial planning activities.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership teams.

Sales support
- Support the creation and management of operational functions within the commercial team.
- Manage and follow up on a limited portfolio of assigned customers.
- Track active commercial opportunities.
- Support renewals and upsell / cross-sell initiatives.

Process management
- Optimize commercial and administrative processes through the creation and enhancement of centralized dashboards for the team.
- Document workflows and operational best practices.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales support, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.

Languages:

- Intermediate English (reading and basic communication skills).

Technical skills:

- Data management and structured analysis.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Power BI proficiency

Soft skills:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

➕ **Preferred / desirable requirements**
- Experience in companies with sales support roles or similar responsibilities.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, or others).
- Intermediate or advanced Power BI skills.
- Knowledge of B2B commercial processes.
- Experience in pricing and/or quotation preparation.
- Intermediate or advanced English.

- Av. Apoquindo 4800, 16th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile
- 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
