Strategic Proposal Analyst at Empresa confidencial

We are seeking a Strategic Proposal Analyst to craft persuasive, high-quality proposals and responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for custom software development and IT professional services engagements. This role requires exceptional English writing and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of how software development projects are structured and delivered through modern frameworks such as SDLC and Agile. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery,



and Technical teams to shape narratives that demonstrate value, feasibility, and differentiation. This is a hands-on, analytical, and strategic role, idóneo for someone who can think critically, connect delivery details to business outcomes, and craft executive-ready content that builds client confidence.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the end-to-end creation of proposals and RFx responses for project-based IT and software development engagements.
- Synthesize diverse inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into structured, client-focused narratives.
- Write and refine executive summaries, delivery approaches, value propositions, and differentiators to effectively communicate key messages.
