If you are a self-starter who masters Figma, loves AI-driven workflows, and has a passion for clean, conversion-oriented design, we want to meet you.What You'll DoEnd-to-End Creative Execution: Independently lead projects from initial wireframes and storyboards to final production-ready assets.UX/UI Excellence: Design intuitive landing pages and digital experiences that prioritize responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.Multi-Channel Design: Create engaging content for social media (Reels, carousels, ads), email templates, and high-converting marketing campaigns.Motion & Video: Produce storyboards and motion graphics that bring our brand to life across digital platforms.Innovation: Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, ideation, and prototyping, ensuring we stay ahead of design trends.Brand Stewardship:



Act as a guardian of our brand standards while collaborating with web developers and marketing teams to ensure flawless implementation.What You BringExperience: 5+ years of hands-on senior experience in UX/UI or Digital Design (Fintech or Mortgage experience is a significant plus).
Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign).
