Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesCloud Management System Reviews and AssessmentsReview and validate new cloud management systems to ensure compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Conduct structured evaluations of cloud environments, identifying cloud risks and facilitating approval workflows to manage compliance risks effectively.Risk and Issue ManagementTrack cloud-related risks, compliance issues, and remediation activities.
Provide timely and clear reporting to leadership on risk posture, issue resolutions, and progress.Continuous Cloud Security MonitoringUtilize Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools such as Wiz to monitor cloud environments actively against security and compliance objectives.
Identify and address CSPM risks exceeding the organizational risk appetite.Audit and Regulatory AlignmentEnsure cloud environments align with audit requirements and regulatory frameworks through ongoing assessments, documentation,



and collaboration with audit teams.AI Compliance SupportPartner with AI teams to assure AI-managed cloud services adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with cloud engineers, security teams, compliance officers, and business stakeholders to promote a culture of cloud compliance and risk awareness.Apply AI and Automation ToolsDrive applied use of AI pilots and LLM tooling (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, LangFlow, n8n, AutoGen) to deliver practical outcomes.Understand the broader technology stack, including APIs, data sources, orchestration layers, and infrastructure components—to ensure seamless integration.Build dynamic dashboards and automate reporting using tools like Power BI, Workbench, Copilot, and Miro to provide actionable insights for leadership.Agile Delivery & MetricsWork within agile or iterative delivery models, managing ambiguity, and adapting to evolving priorities.Establish success metrics and monitor progress toward objectives to ensure measurable impact.QualificationsExperience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks, regulatory compliance standards and familiarity with assessments, audits or inspections and associated compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, ISO *****, and GDPR.Supported evaluations of security services by assessing compliance, risk reduction,



and customer-perceived value; contributed to analysis of artifacts and interviews to determine effectiveness and provided actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making.Hands-on experience with CSPM tools, preferably Wiz or comparable platforms.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver clear, actionable reports to technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment in a fast-paced, agile setting.Degree required: Bachelor's degree in IT or similarMinimum Years of Experience: 3+ years in technology, security, or risk management roles.Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP) are a plus.Familiarity with AI compliance and security considerations is a plus.Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in exploring Agentic AI workflows, including how autonomous agents can enhance decision-making, process automation, and cross-platform collaboration.
