Basic Responsibility

Grow Cargo Solutions Business in Chile and South America Countries with retailers and food Exporters/Importers

Establish Chile Based Food Exporter specified Temperature Monitoring Programs

Cold Calling and Onsite Training as needed.

Purpose / Objective

Is responsible for maintaining and expanding client base with strategically important or large customers from produce, meat, dairy, fish, pharma and other markets. This person sales and advice customers with the entire range of company products and services. They are responsible for scouting territories, cold call and obtain meetings to bring customers to Copeland Cargo Solutions portfolio. Sales engineer will have the skill also to work with Customer Success team to cover customer's needs and expectations of the company

70% of time will travel

30% Cold Call Telephone contact with customers and stablish contact with new leads

Skills and General requirements
- Experience required in Sales 3 years or more in:





- Software/technology industry.
- Produce sales/export industry.
- Food Logistics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Fluent in English to report to higher management and presentations
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer focused, excels in surpassing client expectations.
- Relationship building skills.
- Excellent Follow up Skills, ability to ensure tasks are completed.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated - Proactive and thinks outside the box.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, multitask, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills in order to maximize your time and achieve results.
- Willing to travel (70%).

Especific Functions
- Cold calling leads to arrange presentations and meetings
- Visits potential customers to do product demonstrations and sales
- Attend tradeshows to generate leads and new customer contacts
- Provide market feedback to marketing and product management
- Work in close contact with Sales Reps form other regions and Customer Success Team
- Complete annual goals and objectives for all staff members along with regular performance reviews
- Achieve superior customer business relationships, exceeding the customer expectation
- Build a foster relationship within the different Copeland teams and product divisions




- Possess the knowledge to train customers if needed
- Share accurate information for sales databases
- Document all activities like sales calls, visits and new customer information updated in Salesforce
