THE ROLE_**
- We are looking for a _**_highly motivated Sales Executive_**_ to join the _**_Supply Chain Management (SCM)_**_ sales team._
- Leveraging the strength of SAP’s integral SCM organization, this role is responsible for _**_engaging customers and partners_**_, while closely collaborating with Industry Field Sales to _**_position and sell the value of SAP’s end-to-end Supply Chain Management solution portfolio_**_._
- The team acts as a _**_market maker_**_, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, building and advancing pipeline, managing negotiations, and successfully closing deals._
- Sales engagements at SAP are highly collaborative. The Line of Business Sales Executive is part of a _**_virtual account team_**_, operating in a matrix environment together with Industry Sales, Presales, Business Development, and regional and global teams. This collaboration model is a key driver of success._
- The role is supported by an _**_extensive network of experts_**_, including regional and global Business Development and Presales teams._

KEY EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS_**
- _ Act as a core member of the Supply Chain sales team,



delivering best-in-class results for the Market Unit by leveraging the broader SCM organization._
- _ Develop and maintain strong solution expertise across SAP Supply Chain solutions._
- _ Drive profitable revenue growth and ensure positive customer technology adoption._
- _ Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, matrix-driven sales environment to deliver high-impact results._
- _ Ensure opportunities and workstreams are executed within scope and timelines, providing accurate and timely status reporting to regional leadership._
- _ Identify, propose, and implement continuous performance improvement initiatives._

- _ Strong organizational skills to manage complex sales engagements in a fast-changing and agile environment._
- _ Proven ability to own, drive, and execute the end-to-end sales cycle._
- _ Excellent internal and external communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business value and solution differentiation._
- _ Strong presentation and storytelling skills with customers and SAP partners to position the full SCM portfolio._
- _ Ability to foster collaboration across Presales, Business Development, and the extended SAP ecosystem to drive deal success._
- _ Solid competitive knowledge and the ability to clearly position SAP’s key differentiators against competitors._
- _ Consistent delivery against quarterly business targets,



including forecasting and management reporting._
- _ Cultural awareness and sensitivity to regional differences within the territory._
- _ Innovative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to anticipate change and think outside the box in a fast-paced environment._
