**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are seeking for highly talented and self-motivated professionals that are capable of plan, execute and commercialize local banking solutions during the next years in a rapidly evolving environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop value proposition and go-to-market action plans from business standpoint, including product specifications, pricing and service level commitments.
- Develop business cases for new products or enhancements including the analysis of potential partner relationships; prioritize product enhancements by working with various stakeholder groups, including direct customer feedback; maintain and communicate release schedules.
- Define, design and document product requirements for Liquidity, Payments and Collection products.
- Manage the commercialization of the product through product launch and work with Clients and cross-functional teams to achieve overall product success.
- As new processes and products are implemented, the position is responsible for creating marketing material and training partner areas such as Sales, Client Service and Implementations.
- Consistently analyze customer usage of the products, working within the marketing department and sales team to increase its use and with the information technology group to improve its user-friendliness.
- Provide support and liaise with Operations and IT organization when delays threaten timely delivery of results. Partner well with peers, managers, and LOB and functional partners (e.g., Sales, Risk, Tech, Ops, and Finance).
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting in Banking or Fintech companies.
- Excellent knowledge of Onshore Cash Management is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Off shore Cash Management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be distinctive in analytical/ problem solving abilities plus the following skills:
- Strong Client Management and executive communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and influence skills with ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and from different locations.
- Ability to coordinate the work of others, work to tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent activities.
- Strong project management discipline.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives, plan, schedule, organize, handle details accurately, and follow up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- English proficiency is mandatory.
**EDUCATION**
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related
