Position Overview:
El Líder de Gestión del Cambio y Comunicaciones tendrá la responsabilidad sobre la ejecución de las estrategias y planes de Gestión de Cambio, Comunicaciones y Entrenamiento. Deberá liderar la ejecución de las actividades de administración del cambio, incluyendo: comunicación, preparación de la organización, transferencia de conocimiento y entrenamiento. Proveerá input, revisión y aprobación a la estrategia de entrenamiento y dará seguimiento al plan de entrenamiento. Asimismo, deberá realizar implementar el desarrollo de la preparación de la empresa hacia el cambio (Change Readiness Assesment) e identificar y documentar los impactos organizacionales. Es responsable de preparar comunicaciones a través del plan de comunicaciones asociado a los diferentes grupos de interés, adaptando a la fase del proyecto en la cual se encuentra inserto. Para ello, utilizará los formatos y estándares locales de comunicaciones, hará revisión del impacto de las mismas en la organización y participará de las reuniones de Comunicaciones y Administración del Cambio globales.

We are looking for a Change Management Manager who will be responsible to design, obtain executive approval,
and execute the strategies and plans for Change Management for a variety of mid and high size projects within the organization, including global projects in multiple Finning regions. The Change Management Manager will be responsible for managing a team of change management specialists who will execute change management plans. The Change Management manager is responsible for leading and collaborating on strategy and initiatives to continuously improve Finning’s change management capabilities globally.
Major Job Functions:
Design, lead and manage the execution of change management activities and strategy:
Plan and lead the execution of change management activities during all phases of a project and initiative, including: initiation, planning and design, execution, Hypercare and control, and closure.
Implement the development of the preparation of the company towards change (Change Readiness Assessment) and identify and document the organizational impacts, analyze stakeholders, mobilize impact mitigation, contingency and facilitate stakeholder involvement in every phase of the project.
Measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency of the change, and connect to project business case benefits to measure success.
Prepare communications through the communication plan associated with the different interest groups, adapting to the phase of the project in which it is inserted. To do this,
it will use the local communication formats and standards, review the impact of the same in the organization and participate in global Communications and Change Management meetings.
Provide input, review and approval to the training strategy and follow up on the training plan’s completion towards target.
Manage project budget for change management resources and expenses related to change management activities.
Manage team of change management specialists:
Strategy: assess the needs of the business and provide short term and long term hiring strategy recommendations to general CM mgr.
Recruit: recruit, hire, and on-board new employees to the CM specialist and CM lead positions, whether contractor or permanent hires, based on available budget and overall CM hiring strategy.
Manage and develop: manage the performance of change management specialists as they work on their projects and provide deliverables. Collaborate with business stakeholders including sponsors and project managers to ensure that employee performance is meeting expectations.
Follow Finning’s Performance Management processes such as performance reviews and calibration. Support employees in their development plans and identify opportunities.
Continuously improve Finning’s change management capabilities and existing practices:
Increase the change management capabilities of key stakeholder groups such as leaders and sponsors, project managers, continuous improvement leads, corporate communications, learning & development, HR business partners, project teams
Continuously improve change management templates/trackers, such as change management plan template, communication master templates, sponsorship roadmap templates, etc.
