This role sits at the intersection of performance management, people analytics, and talent systems, partnering with senior HR and business leaders to elevate performance practices—making them more consistent, data‑driven, and genuinely developmental.

You’ll be the person who can translate complex data into clear insights, run high‑stakes talent forums, and design performance rhythms that leaders trust. If you enjoy combining analytics + executive storytelling + operational rigor, this is for you.

What you’ll do

- Own and evolve the performance management cycle end‑to‑end (goal setting, mid‑year, year‑end, promotions linkage where applicable).
- Lead and facilitate performance conversations with leaders: coaching, challenging, and ensuring fairness and clarity.
- Drive 9‑box talent reviews, calibration sessions, and governance forums—ensuring decisions are evidence‑based and aligned to policy and culture.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and analytics (trends, distribution shifts, rater bias signals, differentiation, attrition risk correlations, time‑to‑readiness, etc.).
- Create crisp, executive‑ready materials: PowerPoint narratives and Excel models that senior stakeholders can act on immediately.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and business leadership to align performance outcomes with development actions.
- Support (and often lead)



enhancements to talent management systems and performance workflows; identify opportunities for automation and stronger data integrity.

What we’re looking for (must‑haves)

- 3+ years of experience in performance management, people/talent analytics, or closely related HR COE work (ideally in complex, fast‑paced environments).
- Demonstrated hands‑on leadership of:
- Performance conversations (manager enablement, coaching, communication)
- 9‑box facilitation and outcomes
- Calibration design and execution
- Expert‑level PowerPoint and Excel skills: you can build a leadership narrative, not just slides; you can model and audit data confidently (pivots, advanced formulas, scenario views; PowerQuery is a plus).
- Strong experience with talent management / performance management software (enterprise tools).
- Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

- Experience with performance management tools (Oracle, Success Factors, other)
- Familiarity with change management and rollouts across large populations.
