Position Overview

A healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient clinic in Valparaiso, Indiana. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care while also participating in the education and mentorship of Family Medicine residents.n

Responsibilities

- Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting
- Perform routine examinations, wellness visits, and office-based procedures within scope of practice




- Supervise and teach residents in both clinical and educational settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
