**Description**:
The Senior Financial Analyst, Global Functions position is responsible for delivering and enhancing financial and accounting solutions and support to functions served by the position. This includes designing and implementing processes and procedures intended to support the strategies of the functions while ensuring optimization of incurred costs.

The position reports to the Integral Finance Director - Corporate Function but works closely with the leaders of the functions served by the position as well as other members of the global corporate controllership group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the annual budget creation, submission and management/tracking of the actual functional and budget spend for each function
- Improve the visibility, analysis and management of functional costs and spending
- Leads solutions in the development of an equitable model for chargeback of functional services
- Execute established internal controls, including documentation and design of key controls
- Build strong partnerships with process owners/stakeholders within the functions served
- Provide and present financials and analysis to the functional leadership team
- Provide forecasts for short
- and long-term planning cycles
- Create and provide executive summary presentations for senior leadership including requirements of Operating Committee slides and the annual functional review
- Support functions in development and tracking of ACTs
- Involvement with, or leadership of, critical projects consistent with function or enterprise strategies (e.g. New Product Development processes,



rollout of Global Budget Visibility tool, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance and Accounting,
- Or, Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; +4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance and Accounting

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with senior executive level on frequent basis; established analytical skills
- Energetic, assertive and results-driven
- Ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong project management and delivery skills
