**The Work You'll Do**:
As Order to Cash (OTC) Manager, you'll demonstrate capabilities to proactively engage with multiple stakeholders in a complex and international environment.

This is a transverse role aiming at optimizing the group's cash generation by supervising a team located across different offices within the region, and by engaging with other departments to continuously improve cash generation.

You'll provide a comprehensive dashboard of the main pain-points and set in motion coordinated responses to integral issues affecting cash generation.

Your communication skills will be flawless, with expected frequent and direct communications shared with Executive Committee members.




- More specifically, you will:_
- Provide a holistic view of the Group's Order-to-cash performance: Invoicing turnaround time, quality invoicing & cash generation, Collection performance, and Dispute resolution turnaround time
- Manage customer subscriptions data, ensuring its maintenance into internal systems
- Analyze and approve new contracts and their impact against changes such as reductions and upsell, also over legacy implications
- Based on the conditions of each agreement, ensure presente revenue and billing are carried out, ensuring adequate data updating
- Project revenue control, such as service request, change request and others with their according projection, while reviewing invoicing to avoid duplication of charges
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of subscriptions data from customers, which includes but not limited to opportunity renewals, billing, decommissioning and mid-term uplift amends
- Manage deferred and unbilled revenue including creation and posting of relevant journals
- Carry out balance sheet reconciliations
- Control multiple countries and entities revenue and billing data




- Provide ad hoc reports according to internal and external requests

**What We Need From You**
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and/or Tableau
- Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Net

Suite user knowledge - intermediate
- Advanced English level
- Experience in team supervision and ability to make impactful decisions under strong pressure
- Strong accounting background
