Purpose
nResponsible for the comprehensive management of telecommunications regulatory matters of the company in Chile, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and the commercial enablement of assets through the processing, monitoring, and control of permits, concessions, and sector-specific authorizations before SUBTEL and other competent authorities. Additionally, provides specialized legal support to internal areas, maintaining timely, accurate, and business-risk-aligned regulatory and legal documentation management.n
Functions
n
- Fully manage regulatory processes before SUBTEL, including filings, follow-up, responses to observations and objections, and participation in meetings with the authority.
- Review, analyze, and ensure regulatory compliance of the company’s assets.
- Review, store, update, and control regulatory data.
- Obtain, review, and analyze documents, certificates, and permits issued by sector authorities such as SUBTEL, Municipalities (construction and closure), DGAC, and environmental authorities.
- Draft, review, and modify legal documents, including lease agreements, usufruct contracts, agreements with contractors, reports, and other related legal documents.
- Coordinate regulatory and legal processes with internal teams, clients, and external consultants, ensuring technical consistency, risk control, and compliance with deadlines.
- Prepare corporate documents.
- Provide support for registration processes in all types of public registries.
- Maintain the company’s legal files and records.
- Prepare site reports, letters of intent, contracts, and other related legal documents.
- Perform and coordinate notarial and registration procedures.
- Represent the company in administrative proceedings before municipalities.
- Perform other duties or functions as required in their capacity as the company’s attorney.
- Coordinate processes with company personnel and local legal consultants.

Working Conditions And Physical Demands
n
Position works in a standard office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking are required daily. Job will involve minimal international travel.

Qualifications
n
- Hold a valid and current law degree issued by the competent authority.
- At least 2–4 years of professional experience in real estate and telecommunications law.
- Bilingual preferred (fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to respond to urgent and extraordinary requests.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to travel within the territory.
