Main Objective
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing digital marketing, CRM, performance marketing, and media buying activities to drive brand awareness, lead generation, conversion, and customer loyalty in alignment with corporate and local objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate digital agencies, media partners, and CRM platforms to support brand development and reputation.
Align local digital marketing execution with headquarters’ general direction and reporting requirements.
Monitor brand health, conduct brand surveys, and optimize digital brand-building strategies.
Define target markets and segments, identifying opportunities through data-driven insights.
Develop and implement digital promotion, loyalty, and CRM strategies to increase conversion and dealer network performance.
Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns, ensuring ROI optimization and trend analysis.
Lead digital transformation initiatives at dealer level, including dashboards, lead management, and performance tracking.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize digital initiatives, and other duties inherent to the area.
