We are looking for a Lead GenAI Engineer to drive the design and improvement of AI-powered products built on large language models (LLMs).
You will shape scalable backend services, integrate LLM APIs, and run reliable deployments in cloud environments with a preference for Azure.

Responsibilities
Design and improve backend services that scale for AI/LLM applications
Integrate and operate LLM-based applications in cloud environments, preferably Azure
Build CI/CD pipelines that streamline and automate deployments
Optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability across AI services
Establish observability and logging to track LLM API performance
Partner with AI/DS and DevOps teams to refine workflows and strengthen system reliability
Develop APIs and microservices that enable AI-powered features
Resolve issues around latency, cost control, retries, and fallbacks in LLM-backed applications
Apply SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, and Kafka within the backend architecture
Use Databricks and Model Context Protocol to improve AI workflows
Requirements
Hands-on experience of 5 years in Python backend engineering with strong FastAPI expertise




Proven track record building and operating GenAI applications with a focus on large language models (LLMs)
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration patterns
Practical knowledge of LLM API integration and operational best practices
Solid background in designing scalable backend architectures for LLM-powered APIs
Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, and Kafka
Experience using Databricks and MCP (Model Context Protocol) in real-world projects
Excellent English communication skills at a B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level
Nice to have
Advanced expertise in agentic workflows
Working familiarity with Databricks and Model Context Protocol
