and maintain network infrastructure across both new and existing environments, ensuring stability and scalability Monitor network performance using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and PRTG, proactively identifying and resolving issues Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLA requirements, coordinating with vendors and service providers when necessary Maintain accurate network documentation and inventory while automating routine operational processes Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime Provide on‑call support and respond promptly to critical alerts and incidents Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement Requirements Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco enterprise and data center technologies, including Catalyst, Nexus, and Firepower Advanced knowledge of networking protocols a
