About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our remote sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop top talent. You will be accountable for team quota attainment and pipeline health.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives. Set and track individual and team quotas and KPIs. Run weekly pipeline reviews and support deal progression. Recruit and onboard new sales team members. Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve the sales process.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in a sales management role. Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding team targets. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM. Excellent leadership, communication, and forecasting skills.
