What You Will Do

At Volvo Trucks & Buses Chile, you will lead the strategic and operational development of the dealer network, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines while driving sustainable business growth and service excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the performance and development of the dealer network, ensuring operational efficiency and a strong customer experience
- Drive dealer network expansion and territorial coverage strategy, evaluating business opportunities and investment viability
- Monitor performance through KPIs, defining and executing action plans to improve results, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure standardization of aftersales processes and promote a strong culture of continuous improvement across the dealer network
- Provide guidance, training, and support on processes, tools, and IT systems to strengthen operational consistency
- Manage investments in infrastructure, facilities, and operational capabilities, ensuring readiness for current and future business needs
- Coordinate local readiness for new product launches in aftersales
- Act as the key link between the factory and the dealer network,



ensuring proper implementation of corporate policies and standards
- Lead the operational excellence agenda across the dealer network, with strong focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainability
- Guide the company in the VPS (Volvo Performance System) journey, driving cultural transformation, increasing organizational maturity, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset

Reporting and Collaboration

You will report directly to the Aftermarket and Branches Director and work closely with cross‑functional teams, dealer leaders, and external partners to strengthen network performance and deliver outstanding customer service across Chile.

Who You Are

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Solid experience in similar roles or managing multi‑site operations / branch networks
- Strong understanding of aftersales operations, performance management, and continuous improvement (LEAN/VPS mindset)
- Experience in network development, expansion, and investment evaluation is a plus
- Advanced Spanish and English skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Automotive or related industry experience is a plus
