Regional Vice President for Customer Success Manager Engages with SAP's customers to drive and accelerate their value realization, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through consumption of purchased solutions and success service entitlements.
Responsibilities Lead the SCSM team toward strategic results defined in the GTM period.
Develop and implement account strategies and consumption plans that drive customer outcomes and renewals.
Build trusted relationships with customers, supporting value-based consumption activities.
Monitor SLA performance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Engage with Integral Customer Success Centers to leverage expertise throughout the customer lifecycle.
Leverage data and tools to track and manage adoption and consumption activities, including Relationship Assessments and Outcome Success Plans.
Act as primary point of escalation for account issues.
Contribute to the library of success plays and best practices to grow SAP's ability to drive customer success.
Identify opportunities to expand the SAP footprint through license or service growth.
Execute the LACE (Land, Adopt, Consume, Expand) cycle, ensuring continuous engagement for a portfolio of customers.
Experience & Educational Requirements +5 years of account management experience with a strong customer success focus and empathy for customers.
Demonstrated ability to build deep executive relationships and earn trusted advisor status.
Deep knowledge of business models, strategies, and line-of-business processes.
Success driving renewals, expansions, and upsells of subscription or perpetual license solutions.
Expertise in purchasing center / LoB domain and at least one industry.
Experience working with cloud software solutions, delivery models, and cloud readiness.
Knowledge of SaaS and IaaS provisioning, onboarding, and support.
Business outcome / value realization modeling and ROI experience; creation of account plans.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Soft Skills Team leadership Stakeholder relationship management Governance and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills Strong commercial and deal support skills, especially for subscription-based solutions SAP-Specific Knowledge Broad understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and business processes.
Deep expertise in assigned buying center and underlying LoBs.
Experience with SAP support processes and tools such as the Customer Engagement Workplace, Gainsight, and CRM.
Ability to navigate SAP's partner ecosystem.
