About This Role: We are hiring a Staff Accountant to support a high-growth US-based DTC eCommerce company.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and managing day-to-day accounting operations across multiple revenue channels.
You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, visibility, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end accounts payable (AP) process
Prepare and assist in month-end close activities, including accruals and adjustments
Ensure all financial records are aligned with US GAAP standards
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliations
Track and reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS)
Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews
Support audit requirements by preparing schedules and documentation
Maintain accurate and organized financial records for reporting
Follow and enforce internal controls and approval processes
Collaborate with the Controller and cross-functional teams as needed
