You will**lead Sales & Operations Planning**(S) governance for the integral cocoa beans portfolio, synchronizing consumption forecasts, sourcing choices, operational plans, and delivery execution.
You will drive the **annual budget** process and **scenario models**, then allocate origins across plants while **balancing constraints, sustainability, and cost**, so target stock coverage stays aligned with production and shipment plans.
You bring a Master’s degree in Economics, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering, and at least**2-3 years** of operations experience with direct exposure to a manufacturing environment in the food & beverage sector.
You have worked on **capacity planning**, line performance analysis, production planning, consumption planning etc.
You can analyse data and build clear models using advanced **Excel and Power BI**, turning scenarios into practical actions.
You know ERP systems and **SAP**, and you understand how system accuracy supports physical execution.
