CMA CGM, a global leader in shipping and logistics, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and empower our commercial team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative organization that connects people, businesses, and products worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach the sales team through regular meetings and joint visits/calls with team members.
- Ensure the team is fully trained to sell maritime and non-maritime products aligned with CMA CGM’s strategy.
- Develop and implement business action plans and objectives using management tools.
- Monitor team performance using corporate dashboards and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Promote CMA CGM products and services to key customers and prospects.
- Identify market opportunities, grow market share, and improve revenue following the commercial strategy.
- Define and manage pricing strategies in collaboration with agency trade managers and sales support.
- Act as the SpotON Leader,
championing digital initiatives within the agency.
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in similar roles within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Great knowledge of the shipping maritime industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, focused on democratic style.
- Strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and lead a sales team effectively.
- Proficiency in pricing strategy and data‑driven decision‑making.
