You will own the end‑to‑end Tik

Tok content roadmap, from spotting trends early to producing scroll‑stopping videos that resonate with audiences and convert.

The position involves collaborating closely with Growth, Creative, Influencer, and Paid teams to ensure that content aligns with brand objectives while staying agile and trend‑forward.

You’ll be empowered to test, iterate, and optimize your work based on performance data, giving you both creative freedom and measurable impact.

This role offers the opportunity to shape a brand’s presence on Tik

Tok while working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Accountabilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive Tik

Tok content strategy aligned with brand, growth, and product priorities Build and manage weekly and monthly content calendars tied to launches,



campaigns, and cultural moments Concept, script, film, and edit native Tik

Tok videos optimized for performance and engagement Monitor trends, sounds, formats, and creator behaviors to inform timely and relevant content Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to optimize content strategy Collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Paid, Creative, Brand, and Influencer teams to maximize impact and alignment Requirements: 1–2+ years of experience creating or strategizing Tik
