Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Americas, key responsibilities will include:

- Develop a high performing sales team through mentorship, performance planning and ongoing coaching
- Identify and develop strategically beneficial relationships with key clients, partners and industries
- Contribute to the development, implementation and achievement of sales plans and budgets
- Build and grow pipeline to meet quarterly targets
- Represent Micromine at industry events

The Successful Applicant

Have a proven background in SaaS sales and strong leadership experience. Key skills, experience,



and qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience leading high performing sales teams
- Strong history of B2B sales, driving net new business
- Experience selling software / SaaS solutions
- Experience selling in the mining industry, or similar (oil & gas, engineering etc.)
- Experience leading teams across countries/time zones
- Strong prospecting and qualification skills
- Experience with enterprise clients
- Familiarity with managing sales activity via a CRM platform
- Open to travel, including to mine sites
- Fluent in English and Spanish
