We’re a fast-growing real estate investment company based in New York and Virginia, and we’re looking for an elite AI & Automation Specialist to join our remote team. If you love systems, workflows, GPTs, and automating away human inefficiency — we want you.

This isn’t a job for someone who needs hand-holding. We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver, an independent operator, and someone who can look at a messy manual process and ask, “How can I automate this from start to finish?”

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and deploying Custom GPTs to handle team tasks, content generation, deal analysis, or seller follow-up prompts
- Creating smart, no-code workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), UiPath, or Power Automate
- Setting up AI agents that complete tasks or interact with leads, data, or team members
- Collaborating with the CEO/COO on optimizing business processes and automations
- Researching new tools, testing features, and recommending smart improvements
- Documenting systems and actions so they can be scaled across the team

Must-Have Skills
- Familiarity with GPT-4, OpenAI Playground, or building Custom GPTs
- Knowledge of RPA principles and when to use automation vs. delegation




- Strong written & spoken English communication
- Ability to work EST hours
- Tech-savvy mindset — you Google, test, and figure it out
- Organized and self-managing — you don’t need to be micromanaged

Along with a willingness to find the best tools to use in Marketing and Sales for Real Estate Investing

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Ability to write simple Python or JavaScript scripts to extend automations (not required)
- Familiarity with REsimpli, ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools
- Experience working with API integrations
- Experience automating in a real estate investment business (not required, but a plus)

- $10-$15/hr USD depending on experience and performance with potential for project bonuses
