Our client is a global-scope mining company operating across industrial and mining assets. The company has a strong footprint in Chile and engages with diverse stakeholders across the business. This role sits within the People & Culture function and partners closely with leaders to secure critical capabilities for the organization.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will Lead and control the effective implementation of the general Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring consistent, traceable and high-quality recruitment and internal mobility processes, through trusted advisory to leaders and hiring managers—contributing to organizational capabilities and strategic objectives.

Some responsabilities include:
- Drive the implementation of the global Talent Acquisition strategy through an operating model that defines roles, responsibilities, workflows and management standards.
- Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition execution, integrating workforce planning, role criticality and business priorities to ensure timely and strategic coverage.




- Act as a strategic advisor to leaders and hiring managers on hiring, internal mobility and promotion decisions.
- Manage TA effectiveness through performance indicators and quality-of-hire metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage TA budget and allocate resources, including external recruitment consulting, competency assessments and pre-employment/occupational medical evaluations.
- Lead, coach and manage team performance, ensuring clear distribution of responsibilities and capability development.
- Propose standardization, process improvements, and operational risk mitigation actions; coordinate cross-functionally to deliver commitments.
- Manage key internal/external relationships (e.g., educational institutions, specialized vendors, and labor authorities when required).

The perfect candidate has:
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business/Commercial Engineering, or related field.
- 11–15 years of total professional experience.
