About This Role
Xe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, the Senior Software Engineer will contribute to building our world-class money transfer product focusing on corporate users. Our platform uses C# .NET, Vue.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS), GitHub CI/CD, and the latest open-source testing frameworks.

Lead technical design and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) to define, build, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce engineering best practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our systems.
Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years’ experience developing in C# .NET framework, including WinForms Experience with building RESTful APIs Experience with AWS services, including serverless services Ability to solve computer problems in an efficient way Ability to understand and use data structures Ability to adapt quickly and develop an in-depth technical understanding of new applications and complex technologies Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to articulate issues A passion for learning Perks &
