About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Study Manager to work on the Perú strategy, leading front-end studies for mining and mineral processing projects, with a strong foundation in process engineering and broad multidisciplinary experience. This role is suited to a senior professional capable of managing studies as investment decision tools,



not merely technical exercises.

The Study Manager will lead multi-discipline studies from concept through Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility, acting as the single point of accountability and primary interface with the client. The role carries full responsibility for schedule, cost, scope, and change management, ensuring that study outcomes are integrated, credible, and decision-ready. This position plays a key role in shaping the long-term processing strategy and capital investment roadmap for future mineral processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Study Leadership & Delivery

- Lead and manage mining and mineral processing studies from Scoping through PFS/FS, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.

- Act as the single point of contact with the client and overall authority for study execut
