We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team and support enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments. In this role, you will manage and optimize collaboration platforms, drive automation, and ensure secure, compliant operations across large commercial tenants serving thousands of users.

Responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale across large commercial tenants with 10K+ users
- Oversee SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, including information architecture and governance
- Manage Microsoft Teams administration, voice/telephony and policy configuration
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview capabilities such as DLP, retention, sensitivity labels and eDiscovery
- Deliver Viva Insights configuration, org data management and privacy-safe analytics
- Develop automation and scripts using Power Platform, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Maintain Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, Conditional Access and role-based access management
- Apply zero-trust security principles to collaboration platforms

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale (large commercial tenants, 10K+ users)
- Expertise in SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration,



including information architecture and governance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration, voice/telephony and policy management
- Background in Microsoft Purview (formerly Compliance Center) covering DLP, retention, sensitivity labels and eDiscovery
- Hands-on experience with Viva Insights configuration, org data management and privacy-safe analytics delivery
- Strong scripting skills in Power Platform, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, along with experience in automation frameworks
- Skills in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, Conditional Access and role-based access management
- Understanding of zero-trust security principles applied to collaboration platforms
